About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to call potential customers, explain our services, and help generate walk-ins and leads for our matrimony business. If you enjoy talking to people and have good communication skills, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our matrimony services
- Handle inbound enquiries politely and professionally
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-ups
- Convert interested leads into walk-ins or appointments
- Update customer information in the system
- Support the sales team with lead generation
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Telugu/Hindi/English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle clients confidently
- Strong follow-up skills
