• Call prospects from our database and explain ITR filing packages

• Identify client category (salaried, F&O trader, NRI, business owner) and pitch the right plan

• Follow up on warm leads and handle objections confidently

• Collect basic documents/details and coordinate handoff to the filing team

• Maintain call logs and update CRM/sheet after every call

• Meet daily call targets and weekly conversion goals
