Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for engaging them in professional conversations, introducing our offerings, and convincing them to visit our corporate office for a detailed consultation.Key ResponsibilitiesCold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database.Lead Generation: Pitch company products/services to generate interest and pre-qualify prospects.Appointment Scheduling: Persuade interested prospects to schedule and attend face-to-face meetings at our office.Database Management: Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all calls, customer feedback, and scheduled appointments.Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospects to ensure a high attendance rate for office visits.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling quotas and weekly/monthly meeting targets.
