Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new automation tools and techniques to improve efficiency.
- Document and communicate testing processes and results clearly to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective automation solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to create robust test scripts.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
