Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt innovative testing tools and techniques to optimize quality assurance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Retail Store Operations.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and continuous testing methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing approaches.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and integrity.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
