Job Title: Transshipment Manager

Location: Devarayamjal (Kandlakoya), Telangana

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced transshipment manager to handle hub-level logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transfer of goods between inbound and outbound vehicles. The role focuses on minimizing delays, improving turnaround time, and maintaining accuracy in shipment handling and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound and outbound vehicle movement at the transshipment hub
• Plan and manage unloading, sorting, and reloading of consignments
• Ensure quick turnaround and minimal dwell time for vehicles
• Coordinate closely with transport, booking, and warehouse teams
• Monitor shipment accuracy to avoid loss, damage, or misrouting
• Maintain detailed records and reports using Microsoft Excel
• Resolve operational challenges such as delays, congestion, or routing issues
• Supervise yard operations, dock management, and labor productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse/transshipment operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, data management)
• Proven team handling and coordination skills
• Good understanding of hub operations, cross-docking, and routing
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts
