Job Description
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase student enrollments for overseas education programs.
- Identify and generate leads through schools, colleges, seminars, digital platforms, referrals, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and partners.
- Conduct counseling sessions and provide guidance regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Organize and manage educational events, webinars, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with universities and international partners for admissions and collaboration opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and student data in CRM systems.
- Train and guide junior counselors or sales executives when required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction throughout the admission process.
