HR Intern

Mitti – Organic. Fresh. Desi. is looking for an HR Intern/Management Trainee to join our team. As an Indian restaurant, we are committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle through our organic and vegetarian menu, which includes gluten-free, vegan, and low-calorie options. Our philosophy centers on creating homely, all-natural meals using high-quality ingredients.

This role will focus primarily on recruitment, with 80% of the work dedicated to sourcing and hiring for restaurant and hospitality positions. Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-end recruitment for restaurant and hospitality roles

- Sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates

- Maintaining candidate database and interview pipelines

- Handling attendance tracking and basic HR operations

- Managing PF, ESIC, and employee documentation

- Coordinating with on-ground staff and resolving queries

Candidates should be comfortable with high-volume calling and hiring, as this role involves engaging with a labour-class workforce. Strong patience, clarity in communication, and consistency are essential, as staff may call at odd hours due to the nature of hospitality.

Qualifications include:

- Completed graduation/post-graduation in HR

- Prior HR internship or recruitment exposure is a plus (not mandatory)

- Comfortable with Hindi/English language
