Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a polished and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations in our fine-dining establishment. Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly, take orders directly, and ensure personalized service throughout their dining experience.
• Service Excellence: Maintain fine-dining etiquette, presentation, and attention to detail in every aspect of service.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate staff; create schedules and manage performance to uphold service standards.
• Operations Oversight: Coordinate daily activities including reservations, table assignments, and smooth service flow.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability 
• while maintaining quality.
• Compliance & Standards: Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations; ensure consistency in food and beverage quality.
• Inventory & Suppliers: Manage stock levels, place orders, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Brand Representation: Collaborate on marketing initiatives and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fine-dining or luxury hospitality management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with refined etiquette.
• Ability to take orders accurately and provide recommendations with confidence.
• Knowledge of wine pairings, gourmet cuisine, and fine-dining service protocols.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
