About the Role

Bloopers is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day back-office operations, e-commerce tasks, data management, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce product listing and catalog management
• Product data entry and updating marketplace information
• Managing Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining records
• Handling orders, inventory and product-related data
• Coordinating with internal teams and vendors
• Social media and basic online platform management
• Checking product details, pricing, images and listings
• Supporting daily administrative and back-office activities
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate data

Requirements

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Good typing and data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• E-commerce experience
• Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra or other marketplaces
• Basic knowledge of Canva/social media
• Previous experience in back-office or data-entry work
