Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage project billing, invoice preparation, and documentation for civil/construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of billing procedures, BOQ, GST invoicing, and coordination with site/project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare client bills, invoices, and payment documents
- Handle project billing as per BOQ and work completion
- Verify site measurements and billing details
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
- Maintain billing records and payment follow-ups
- Generate GST invoices and related documentation
- Prepare billing reports and support accounts team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in billing for construction/civil projects
- Knowledge of BOQ, GST billing, and MS Excel
- Familiarity with billing/accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Basic understanding of construction processes
