Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through calls and networking.
- Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and explain company services.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain records of client interactions in software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare presentations and business proposals when required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Confident and self-motivated personality.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
