Job Description

Job Title: Business Development & Sales Executive


Department: Sales & Business Development


Location: Field Job, based in Lasudia Mori, Indore.


Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25000 +10000


Shift: Day (Full-Time)


Gender Preference: Male


Age: 20 - 45 years


Perks: The role includes an Annual Bonus, Travel Allowance (TA), Petrol Allowance, Mobile Allowance, Food/Meals, and Accommodation.


Incentives: The salary includes a fixed component of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and an incentive of up to ₹10,000.


Training: A one-week training period will be provided after joining.

Responsibilities

  • Visit and manage the existing dealer network.
  • Identify and visit new projects to generate business.
  • Develop new markets and expand the company's reach.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Utilize strong communication and convincing skills to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
