Job Title: Academic Counselor & Digital Content Lead

Location: Bhawarkua Square, Indore (In-Office) Sector: Ed-Tech / Information Technology

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and proactive female professional to lead our student admissions and manage our digital brand presence. This is a dual-responsibility role where you will act as a Career Consultant for aspiring tech professionals and a Community Manager for our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions & Counseling (Core Role)

• Inquiry Conversion: Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries for our programming and data courses.
• Career Consulting: Guide students (Freshers and Professionals) on which tech path—Python, SQL, React, or Data Analytics—is best for their career goals.
• Lead Tracking: Maintain a systematic record of leads and follow up via calls and WhatsApp to ensure high conversion rates.
• Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for students from their first visit to their successful enrollment.

2. Social Media & Content Management

• Content Creation: Capture photos and short videos of daily classroom activities and student achievements to keep our pages active.
• Platform Management: Regularly post updates, reels, and stories on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments/DMs and manage our student WhatsApp broadcast lists with professional updates.

3.Requirements

• Gender: Female.
• Education: Graduate in any stream (Management or Tech background is a plus).
• Communication: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. You should be able to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Digital Skills: Basic knowledge of Canva (for simple posters) and social media apps (Instagram/LinkedIn).
• Personality: Confident, presentable, and "people-oriented." You should enjoy talking to new people every day.
