Business Process Architect
Project Role : Business Process ArchitectProject Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and ensure that all functional requirements are accurately captured. The architect actively participates in quality management reviews to verify that business and design specifications are fulfilled. Additionally, the role includes educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on process requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes.
- Experience in developing key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and align diverse groups on process designs.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and process compliance standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
