*Salary:* ₹40,000/month (Depending on Experience & Interview Performance)

*Job Responsibilities*

* Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from start to finish.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and site engineers.

* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

* Supervise site activities and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

* Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.

* Monitor material procurement and resource allocation.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

* Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.

 *Requirements*

* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

* *Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction project management (Mandatory).*

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, site execution, and project planning.

* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

* **Own two-wheeler preferred for site visits.**
