Job Roles: Customer Support Executive

Eligibility Criteria

·        Education: Intermediate/ Graduates

·        Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply

·        Languages: Good communication skills in English & Hindi

 

Shift & Work Schedule

  •  Working Days: 5-6 Days
  •  Working Hours:  9 hours
  •  Shift Type: Rotational Shifts
  •  Week Off: Boys: Any 9 hours In between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Rotational)

Girls: Day Shift only

 

Salary & Benefits

·        Take Home Salary: In between ₹11,000 to ₹16,500/- (IN- HAND)

·        Salary Depend on interview.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

• Resolving customer query quickly and efficiently.

• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

• A team player with leadership skills.

• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
