Job Description
Position: HR & CRM Executive
Responsibilities:
- CRM mein leads, enquiries aur customer data ko update aur manage karna.
- Telecalling ke through prospects aur existing customers se follow-up karna.
- Customer appointments aur meetings schedule karna.
- WhatsApp, phone aur email communication handle karna.
- Company ke social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) ko manage karna.
- Regular posts, stories aur basic content upload karna.
- Leads aur enquiries ko social media se track karke CRM mein maintain karna.
- Employee attendance, recruitment coordination aur basic HR activities support karna.
- Daily and weekly performance reports prepare karna.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- CRM software ka basic knowledge.
- Social media handling ka experience.
- Telecalling ya customer support experience preferred.
- MS Excel/Google Sheets ka basic knowledge.
