Inventory Management Executive

We are a growing hair and skin care brand with our own manufacturing facility, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Management Executive to join our operations team. You'll be the backbone of our supply chain — ensuring raw materials, finished goods, and packaging are always accounted for and available.

Key responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and finished products

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records

Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for stock planning

Track inward and outward movement of goods with proper documentation

Identify slow-moving or near-expiry stock and flag it timely

Maintain accurate records in inventory management software / ExcelEnsure proper labelling, storage, and handling of all products

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports

What we're looking for

1–3 years of experience in inventory / warehouse management (manufacturing preferred)

Proficient in MS Excel and Strong attention to detail and number accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of FIFO / LIFO stock management methods

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
