Job Description

Handle domestic and international travel bookings including flights, hotels, transport, and tour packages.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport vendors, and travel partners.

Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.

Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Ensure accurate travel documentation such as visas, insurance, and passports.

Resolve customer queries and travel-related issues promptly.

Monitor daily travel operations and maintain service quality.

Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and payments.

Support clients during travel emergencies or last-minute changes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.

Work with sales and customer support teams for seamless client experience.

Update operational reports and MIS data regularly.
