Role Overview


We are seeking a motivated Operations cum HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our office in Indore. The role involves overseeing daily operations and managing human resources functions to ensure efficient workflow and a productive work environment. Responsibilities include operations planning, process optimization, staff recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy implementation, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a people-first approach to foster a thriving workplace culture.


As part of our ongoing expansion and franchise development initiatives, the Operations cum HR Manager will also play a key role in business coordination, franchise onboarding support, operational system management, team structuring, and ensuring smooth execution across growing business verticals and locations.


Key Responsibilities


1. Operational Management


  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations across departments (creative, marketing, client servicing, production).


  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.


  • Ensure smooth execution of media campaigns and projects within deadlines.



2. Team Leadership


  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.


  • Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.


  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.



3. Project & Client Coordination


  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.


  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.


  • Resolve operational issues and client escalations promptly.



4. Process Optimization


  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.


  • Introduce tools and systems for better workflow management.


  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.



5. Financial Oversight


  • Monitor budgets, operational costs, and profitability of projects.


  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.


  • Work closely with the finance team for reporting and forecasting.



6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management


  • Manage relationships with vendors, freelancers, and external partners.


  • Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement.



Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Media, or related field (MBA preferred).


  • 3–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing.


  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.


  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
