Field Sales | 7 AM 4 PM | Full-time

The Role

Build and run residential customer acquisition for our milk subscription business. You lead a promoter team, own D2D sales targets, and are measured on subscriptions activated not just leads generated.

What You'll Do

1. Execute Door to Door acquisition drives across residential societies and colonies team deployed by 7 AM daily
2. Set society wise weekly targets, track trial-to-conversion funnel, shadow promoters and support conversions
3. Hire, train and manage 4-6 field promoters daily huddles, output tracking, attrition management
4. Run society events, RWA tie-ups and sampling camps to generate trials
5. Onboard and manage delivery agents for morning delivery and collection

You're the Right Fit If

• 3-6 years in field sales, min 2 years in residential Door to Door (FMCG, dairy, broadband, water purifier or similar)
• Have hired and managed a promoter/DSA team before
• Own a two-wheeler, valid licence, available for 7 AM field start six days a week
• Know residential colonies in Indore and/or Bhopal well
• Comfortable working on app based online model
• Have worked in Milkbasket, Bigbasket or other app based consumer activation
