Job Description

What you'll do


  1. Visit residential areas door-to-door in your assigned zone between 7 AM and 2 PM
  2. Introduce our fresh milk subscription plans to potential customers and explain the benefits
  3. Offer product trials to generate interest and trust, convert trial users into paid subscribers
  4. Follow up with trial customers within the designated period to close conversions



What we're looking for


  1. Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
  2. Good spoken Hindi; English is a plus but not required
  3. Energetic, confident, and comfortable approaching strangers
  4. Honest, punctual, and target-oriented
  5. Basic smartphone usage to log data and use our field app
  6. Own two-wheeler is a must(fuel allowance provided)
  7. Prior experience in FMCG, field sales, or direct marketing is an advantage. freshers encouraged to apply
