Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the deployment of security controls, and ensuring a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position requires continuous evaluation of security measures to maintain compliance and optimize performance within the cloud environment, while coordinating with various stakeholders to support business needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security requirements are met.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of security architecture.
- Continuously assess emerging security threats and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions and their integration within cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Ability to design and document security architectures that align with business goals.
- Familiarity with security control implementation and operational transition processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on collaborative team environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
