Job Summary: Hum ek energetic aur confident Telecaller ki talash mein hain jo customers ko call karke company ke products ya services ke baare mein jaankari de aur sales / inquiries handle kare.

  • Key Responsibilities:Customers ko phone par call karna (outbound / inbound)
  • Company ke products ya services explain karna
  • Customer ke questions aur queries ka jawab dena
  • Lead data update aur maintain karna
  • Follow-up calls karna aur appointments fix karna
  • Daily call reports aur records maintain karna
  • Achha customer experience ensure karna
  • Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum 10th pass
  • Achhi communication skills (Hindi / basic English)
  • Basic computer knowledge hona chahiye
  • Confident aur polite tone mein baat karne ki ability
  • Target achieve karne ke liye comfortable hona
