Job Description
Freshee is hiring a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling daily customer communication, tracking order status, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:Call customers to update order status and ensure smooth delivery communication
- Handle incoming calls from regular/repeated customers
- Take daily feedback from customers after order completion
- Maintain a proper list/report of all customer feedbacks (daily basis)
- Coordinate with operations team for any order-related issues
- Build strong relationships with regular customers
- Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi must, basic English preferred)
- Confident in handling calls and talking to customers
- Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
- Whats app communication via chat and regular offers forwarding
- Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
- Responsible and consistent in daily reporting
- Working Details:Shift: Day shift (flexible based on operations)
- Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 (based on performance)
- Work Type: Work from office
