Job Description

  • Candidate must have a valid DRA Certificate.
  • Vacancy available in all regions in Madhya Pradesh
  • Candidate have to take care of recovery of Loan, majorly in rural locations.
  • Ensuring month end (All bucket number) target is met in accordance with the given portfolio.
  • Manage and Track the assigned team.
  • Report to the Supervisour , Bank Collection Managers etc.
  • Find and contact customer to ask about their overdue payments.
  • Responsible for collections for debts that have been allocated.
  • Identify outstanding account receivables
  • Take actions in order to encourage timely payments.
  • Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area.
  • Resolve outstanding account and payments
  • Collection of remaining amounts from existing customers and deposit the amount in customer loan account
  • Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area
