Job Description
💼 What We Offer

Key Responsibilities
• Own monthly/quarterly sales targets across RCI segments in MP
• Generate leads via field visits, referrals, dealer networks & digital campaigns
• Conduct site visits, prepare techno-commercial proposals with ROI & subsidy details
• Onboard and manage local channel partners; run partner training sessions
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–6 field executives; track daily KPIs
• Handle customer escalations and coordinate smooth post-sale execution
• Stay current on MNRE subsidies, MP DISCOM net-metering, and PM Surya Ghar scheme
Who We're Looking For
• B.E./B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy) or B.Sc. + sales experience; MBA is a plus
• 2–5 years in field sales; minimum 1 year in solar rooftop or energy sector
• Prior team lead / supervisory experience is a strong advantage
• Strong Hindi communication; knowledge of MP DISCOM processes is preferred
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel
