Job OverviewWe are looking for energetic, confident, and result-driven individuals who are interested in building a career in real estate sales and investment advisory. This role involves direct client interaction, property showcasing, and closing deals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing client inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Provide investment guidance based on budget and goals
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with internal team for documentation and deal closure
- Maintain basic records of leads and site visits
- Earning Structure (Flexible Plans)
- Option 1: Secure Plan₹8,000 – ₹12,000 fixed support
- ₹25,000 per successful deal
- Option 2: High Performer Plan
- ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per deal
- No upper earning limit
💡 Expected Earnings: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month (performance-based)
