Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally ERP software. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
- Manage GST filing, TDS, and other tax-related work
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Maintain cash flow and expense records
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports
- Assist in audit and compliance activities
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding accounts
- Required Skills:Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
