Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant who has strong practical knowledge of GST, daily accounting, dispatch management, and BOM/inventory management.

• Key Responsibilities:Complete day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
• Handle GST including GST returns, reconciliation, invoicing, e-way bills, and related compliance.
• Prepare and manage sales/purchase invoices, debit/credit notes, and payment records.
• Manage daily dispatch documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and dispatch records.
• Maintain stock and inventory records and reconcile physical stock with accounting records.
• Handle BOM (Bill of Material) management, including material consumption, production entries, and finished-goods stock.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, sales, and dispatch teams for accurate accounting and inventory records.
• Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and perform bank and GST reconciliation.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, stock reports, outstanding reports, and management reports.
• Ensure all accounting and inventory data is accurate and updated on a daily basis.
• Candidate Requirements:Strong practical knowledge of GST and accounting.
• Experience with Tally Prime / ERP / accounting software.
• Good understanding of inventory, BOM, production, and dispatch processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Should be able to independently manage routine accounting and GST-related work.
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility for maintaining accurate records.
• Experience in a manufacturing company, preferably solar/electrical/electronics/battery industry, will be an advantage.

Preference: Candidate who can independently handle Accounts + GST + Inventory + BOM + Dispatch rather than only data-entry accounting.
