Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Chitrakoot, Ajmer Road, Jaipur
Experience: 5+ years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35000/month
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive for our service-based company to manage day-to-day accounting and payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling accounts on Tally Prime
* Payroll processing and salary disbursement
* Invoice generation and billing
* Managing NEFT/RTGS/banking transactions
* Maintaining P&L and financial records
* GST filing and compliance
* TDS and Income Tax related work
* Tracking paid/unpaid accounts and reconciliations
Requirements:
* Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime
* Experience in payroll management (service industry preferred)
* Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance
* Attention to detail and accuracy
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30/7:00 PM
