PROJECT MANAGER (KRA)

Checks and verifies all project drawings before execution and ensures work is carried out as per approved drawings and technical standards.

Prepares detailed material requirement lists/BOM as per project drawings, site conditions, and execution plans.

Coordinates with purchase team and warehouse/godown team for timely procurement, dispatch, and delivery of materials to sites.

Ensures availability of required materials, tools, and equipment before execution activities begin.

Works closely with site supervisors to monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, quality, and pending activities.

Tracks status of all running sites and ensures timely completion as per project schedules and milestones.

Updates daily/weekly project status in CRM and shares progress updates with management regularly.

Coordinates with design, procurement, execution, and client teams for smooth project execution and issue resolution.

Reviews site execution quality including structure installation, module mounting, cable routing, inverter installation, and safety compliance.

Identifies project delays, material shortages, or technical issues and escalates them to management with corrective action plans.

Ensures supervisors maintain daily reports, work logs, material records, and photographic progress documentation.

Maintains proper coordination with clients for approvals, updates, inspections, and execution-related communication.

Monitors project timelines and ensures all activities are completed within committed deadlines.

Verifies material consumption, minimizes wastage, and controls unnecessary project costs.

Supports supervisors and site teams with technical guidance, execution planning, and problem-solving.

Ensures compliance with company safety policies, PPE usage, and safe working practices at all project sites.

Coordinates inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and closure documentation for project handover.

Maintains proper documentation of drawings, BOQ, approvals, site reports, and project completion records.

Conducts regular review meetings with supervisors and internal teams for progress tracking and performance improvement.

Ensures customer satisfaction by resolving execution issues promptly and maintaining professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
