Job Description
The Raw Material & Stock Management Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate management of raw materials required for production. The role involves maintaining proper stock levels, planning material requirements, and ensuring timely availability of resources for uninterrupted production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain raw material inventory records accurately
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Coordinate with production team for material requirements
• Plan and forecast stock based on production needs
• Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward materials
• Ensure minimal wastage and proper utilization of inventory
• Support in Excel-based reporting and stock tracking
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of inventory and stock management
• Basic understanding of production workflow
• Good command over Excel and data management
Preferred Background:
• Experience in printing or production industry is mandatory
