Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: G-1 11 VKIA AREA JAIPUR (RAJ)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Receipts)
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally / ERP software
- GST billing, return filing, and reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation and cash handling
- Vendor & customer ledger management
- Invoice preparation and payment follow-ups
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing
- Maintain proper documentation and records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST
- Basic understanding of taxation and compliance
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing industry (added advantage)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
