Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling & Guidance

Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings

Understand student profiles (education, career goals, budget) and suggest suitable programs

Provide detailed information about courses, universities, eligibility, and career outcomes

2. Lead Management & Conversion

Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns

Follow up consistently to convert leads into admissions

Maintain a healthy conversion ratio and achieve monthly admission targets

3. Admission Process Handling

Guide students through the complete admission process (application, documentation, payment)

Ensure accurate and timely submission of student applications

Coordinate with internal teams and university partners for smooth processing

4. CRM & Data Management

Update and track leads in CRM systems

Maintain proper records of student interactions and follow-ups

Generate daily/weekly reports on lead status and conversions

5. Relationship Building

Build long-term relationships with students for referrals and repeat enrollments

Maintain professional communication and provide post-admission support when needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

0–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or EdTech (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
