Admission Counsellor

Job Description:We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team at Thirdeye Computer Classes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, managing student inquiries, and converting leads into successful course enrollments.

• Key Responsibilities:Student Counseling: Guide walk-in students and parents regarding various computer and technical courses, fees, and career scopes.
• Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls (tele-calling) on raw leads and follow up regularly to drive admissions.
• Conversion: Successfully convert inquiries into walk-ins and active course enrollments to meet monthly targets.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all daily calls, walk-ins, and student follow-up statuses in Excel or CRM.
• Admission Support: Handle the complete student onboarding process, including form filling, document verification, and fee collection layout.
• Requirements & Skills:Education: Graduate (Any stream) / 12th Pass with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in counseling, tele-calling, or inside sales (Fresher candidates with a strong learning attitude are welcome).
• Languages Known: Fluent in Hindi and conversational English.
• Key Skills: Active listening, strong convincing power, polite telephone etiquette, and basic knowledge of computers (MS Office/Excel).
