Job Description

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER


The Relationship Manager is responsible for taking care of customers throughout the purchase journey. The Relationship Manager uses his knowledge, expertise and experience to understand customers needs in order to help them make the best choice. The Relationship Manager strives to exceed customer expectations by providing a stipulated and seamless experience throughout the customer purchase journey.



SUGGESTED PROFILE

  1. Qualification: Preferably Graduate. Desired: Diploma in Marketing/Sales
  2. Overall experience: 0-5 years in sales
  3. Should possess a valid driving license
  4. Preferable age: 20-27 years
  5. Fresher / 1-2 years of sales experience in Sales Automobile dealership, Consumer durable stores, Banking, Telecom, etc.


RECOMMENDED COMPETENCIES

  1. Basic understanding of automobile products (Both MSIL and competitors)
  2. Knowledge of current schemes, offers and eligibility
  3. Basic understanding of vehicle financing and service schedules
  4. Should be tech-savvy and able to handle digital equipment/ tools used to improve productivity and efficiency
  5. Should have a customer-focused approach and empathy towards customer grievances
  6. Detailed understanding of ARENA Values and Standards
  7. Should be fluent in the local language and English
  8. Should have basic computer skills
  9. Should have good communication skills



ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a single point of contact for customers and provide a delightful experience to them throughout their purchase journey.
  • Adhere to SOS guidelines at all times.
  • Assess and understand customer needs, facilitate the decision-making process on the model being considered, guide on finance options available and explain value-added services and their benefits.
  • Focus continuously on lead generation, efficient event planning by maximizing territory coverage and managing referrals.
  • Value and respect the customers time and treat customers data with utmost confidentiality.
  • Capture complete, accurate customer details on SalezTrac APP with the next follow-up appointment mentioned.
  • Ensure all customer queries are answered in detail, accurately & patiently and ensure customers understand processes being followed completely.
  • Ensure demonstration and test drive for all enquiries and home visits where required.
  • Ensure customer docket is filled completely, while clearly mentioning tentative date for delivery and other commitments as per the customer requisites (as per MSIL guidelines).
  • Be well-groomed at all times and ensure that the customer is greeted cheerfully and politely.
  • Strive to achieve sales and value-added services target as assigned by Senior Relationship Manager.
  • Diligently complete paperwork associated with all customer interactions. Ensure transparent communication of deal and document-related details.
  • Personally ensure delightful and timely delivery as per the commitment made to the customer.

DELIGHT FACTORS

  • Be honest, courteous and empathetic to the customers needs, requests and grievances.
  • Pay extra attention to comfort and convenience of customers specially when accompanied by family or children.
  • Always provide a solution or guide the customer to the appropriate person in case of any specific request/query.
  • Educate customers at each stage and ensure that there is a written record available for every transaction.
  • Ensure Showroom Walkthrough for all Walk-Ins.
