Bancassurance Manager

This is a bancassurance role. We have vacancies in Jaipur, Udaipur, Banswara & Bhilwara.

1. Drives insurance sales by partnering with banking institutions, training bank staff, and leveraging customer walk-ins. They act as the liaison between the insurance company and the bank, focusing on relationship management, lead conversion, and meeting branch-specific sales targets. This role demands strong sales expertise and relationship-building skills
2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner bank managers and employees to promote insurance products.
3. Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets for life, health, or general insurance products, often by conducting joint sales calls with bank employees.
4. Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads from bank walk-in customers and employee referrals, then close sales.
5. Training & Coaching: Train, motivate, and coach bank staff to increase their knowledge of insurance products and improve sales effectiveness.
6. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales comply with regulatory requirements and internal company policies, providing regular performance reports to senior management.
