Industry: Hotel Marketing
Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated candidates for a Hotel Sales & Operations role. This position involves handling OTA platforms, reservations, guest communication, and sales coordination with hotels and corporate clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from hotel, travel, BPO, or sales background to grow in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel listings on OTAs (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc.)
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations
- Coordinate with hotels for availability, pricing & confirmations
- Generate sales through corporate clients and travel agents
- Maintain client relationships and support portfolio growth
- Monitor pricing, demand trends & competitor analysis
- Handle guest reviews and online reputation
- Maintain data in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, Airbnb)
- Experience in hotel sales / reservations / travel / BPO
- Basic understanding of revenue management & pricing
- Good communication & customer handling skills
- Sales, negotiation & coordination ability
- Knowledge of CRM / PMS / Channel Manager (preferred)
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Payment handling (UPI, cards, bank transfer)
