Email & Escalation Management

Monitor incaming emails, resolwe

inquiries professionally, and

systematically escalate complex

issues to internal teams.


System & Account Setup

Set up new main orders for immediate

processing and accurately input new

legal firms and personnel profiles into

our primary operating system.


Cross-Departmental Coordination

Facilitate clear, smooth communication

across internal and external teams

regarding client orders and

billing updates.


Excellent Communication

Strong written and verbal English

skills to interact courteously and

precisely with clients and staff.


Meticulous Accuracy &

Problem-Solving

High attention to detail when inputting

complex billing and account metadata

to ensure zero processing errors.

Proactively resolve billing discrepancies

independently.
