About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Associate to join our team for the Trolift brand. Your main role will be to connect with potential dealers and customers, convert provided leads into sales, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and convert company-provided leads
- Call and follow up with dealers, distributors, and customers
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Share product details, pricing, and offers with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
- Maintain daily follow-up and sales records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
