Business Development Executive

GrainZap Technologies is looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth in IT services (Web, App, SEO, Marketing).

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities via LinkedIn, cold emails, and platforms like Apollo
• Conduct market research and target international clients (US, UK, UAE, etc.)
• Pitch IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Digital Marketing)
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead → call → closing → onboarding)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
• Maintain CRM and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• ✅ RequirementsBachelor’s degree (BBA, BCA, MBA, or similar preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills (English mandatory)
• Basic understanding of IT services (Web/App/SEO)
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
