Job Title:- Civil Site Engineer

**Job Summary:**

The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves acting as the primary technical point of contact on-site, coordinating between laborers, contractors, architects, and upper management to bring architectural visions to life accurately.

### **Core Responsibilities**

**1. Site Management & Supervision**

 * Supervise daily construction activities and manage laborers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of the project.

 * Ensure that all site activities align perfectly with the approved structural and architectural drawings, paying close attention to specific layout orientations, such as designated right-side main entrances.

 * Resolve any on-site technical difficulties or production delays efficiently.

**2. Technical Execution & Quality Control**

 * Interpret architectural plans, sections, and modern elevation designs to guide site workers accurately.

 * Ensure the precise installation of contemporary facade elements, including the proper mounting and alignment of Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) and other updated exterior materials.

 * Conduct strict quality control checks before and after concreting (e.g., checking steelwork, columns, and beams, and supervising the curing process).

 * Supervise structural provisions for interior design elements, ensuring correct spatial layouts for custom fixtures like built-in TV units and decorative wall mouldings.

 * Ensure accurate application of designated interior finishes, such as specific English color palettes, while strictly avoiding incorrect material use (e.g., substituting wood paneling where it has been explicitly phased out).

 * Prepare and manage technical site documents, including the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).

**3. Material & Resource Management**

 * Calculate, request, and manage the inventory of raw construction materials (cement, steel, finishing materials) to prevent shortages or project bottlenecks.

 * Verify the quality of incoming materials and ensure they match the required architectural specifications.

 * Track daily material usage and equipment allocation against the project budget.

**4. Health, Safety & Compliance**

 * Enforce strict health and safety protocols on the construction site to protect all workers and visitors.

 * Ensure all structural work complies with local building codes, legal regulations, and structural integrity guidelines.

 * Identify potential safety hazards and implement immediate corrective measures.

**5. Coordination & Reporting**

 * Maintain a daily site diary and prepare accurate progress reports for upper management and clients.

 * Liaise continuously with architects and interior designers to ensure seamless transitions between structural completion and interior fit-outs.

### **Key Qualifications & Skills**

 * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

 * **Experience:** Proven experience working as a Site Engineer, particularly on multi-story building projects and modern architectural designs.

 * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints, structural analysis, and calculating material estimates. Familiarity with project management and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) is highly preferred.

 * **Soft Skills:** Strong leadership, excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and effective communication skills to manage diverse teams on-site.
