Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle incoming patient leads generated through digital ads (Meta, Google, etc.). Your primary role will be to convert inquiries into appointments by guiding patients, building trust, and coordinating with the clinic.
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and website inquiries
- Call and follow up with patients to understand their medical concerns
- Educate patients about orthopaedic treatments, procedures, and consultation benefits
- Convert leads into clinic visits / appointments
- Maintain proper follow-up system for warm and cold leads
- Coordinate with the doctor and clinic staff for scheduling
- Maintain records in CRM / Excel
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
- 💡 Required SkillsStrong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Ability to handle patient objections sensitively
- Sales-oriented mindset with empathy (healthcare sensitivity is key)
- Basic knowledge of CRM / Google Sheets
- Experience in telecalling / inside sales / healthcare counseling preferred
