Key Responsibilities :
Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
Technical Experience :
Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Professional Attributes :
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
