Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Provide product/service information and guidance
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
• Meet customer satisfaction and performance targets
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Education & Experience:Minimum: High School / Diploma / Graduate (as per company requirement)
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service (Freshers can apply)
