Job Description:-
VS Enterprises is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for handling customer coordination and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical distribution sector. The candidate will be responsible for communication with customers, resolving queries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the company.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, follow-ups, and client coordination
- Maintain customer records and update data regularly
- Resolve customer complaints and provide proper support
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order updates
- Maintain professional communication with clients
- Prepare daily reports and customer feedback records
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Required SkillsGood communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Excel knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to handle customers politely
- EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
