Job Description
- Searching Tenders Online and identifying pre-qualification requirements for bid/ Tenders.
- Experience in Tender preparation/formulation.
- Attending Reverse Auctions.
- Processing vendor registration on Govt portals for regular follow-ups in relation to tendering.
- A good understanding of terms and conditions of Tenders, Pre-qualification criteria, and Technical Specification.
- Responsible for tender submission as per the guidelines and ensuring compliances.
- Experience in product uploading, bidding, and pricing on Govt portal
- Responsible for coordinating, preparing, and compiling bid submission documents in relation to tendering.
- Sales Coordinators are responsible for Filling Offline & Online tenders.
- Identify and search for New Clients through online search and inquiries.
- Responds to any inquiries from the customers.
