E-Commerce Executive

About Us: Sarvaa is a growing home decor brand. We make beautiful, handmade products using jute, wool, and cotton. We sell our products in India and in international markets like the USA and UK.

The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Executive to take charge of our online sales, digital advertising, and day-to-day store operations. If you are a hands-on problem solver who knows how to scale a brand using e-commerce platforms and paid media, this is the perfect role for you!

• Your Daily Work:Multi-Channel E-commerce Management: Handle daily sales, optimize product listings, and manage store health across Amazon Seller Central (India, USA, Canada), eBay (UK, USA), and Etsy.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage profitable ad campaigns using Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive traffic and boost sales.
• Social Media Management: Take ownership of our social media presence, actively managing our Instagram page, posting updates, and engaging with our community.
• Orders & Global Shipping: Handle the complete order fulfillment process from start to finish. This includes generating invoices, printing shipping labels, and ensuring all international and domestic orders are delivered smoothly and on time.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Work closely and communicate regularly with our Jaipur production team to track available items and manage stock levels effectively.
• Hands-On Operations: Take full charge of daily tasks, troubleshoot shipping issues, and proactively solve everyday operational problems.
• What We Are Looking For:Experience: 2 to 7 years of practical work experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Core Skills: You must have hands-on, demonstrable experience working with:

• Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Etsy.
• Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Social Media Management (especially Instagram).
• Education: Graduates or Diploma holders are highly encouraged to apply!
